PHI guarantees that every AFX we dispense is free of manufacturing defective parts or equipment (excluding normal replacement items such as resistance bungy sets) for a period of one year. Resistance bungy sets are backed by a warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Progressive Health Innovations (PHI) does not guarantee therapeutic outcomes.
Warranty applies to the AFX product only while a) product remains in the possession of the original purchaser and b) has not been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service and/or non-manufacturer modification.
To make an exchange:
Call or email our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
For all exchanges, we will issue store credit which may be applied towards future purchases.
To obtain a refund:
Call or email our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
We do not refund shipping for returns. We do not pay for return shipping.
